Photoshop CS: The Automate Feature
If your problem is the tedious task of organization of your images and documents in your computer, then Photoshop CS Automate Feature will help you a great deal. It really is burdensome to manually create columns and rows to optimize your images and put them on the Web. Photoshop is enthusiastically accessible and you can update your profile as your profile grows. Photoshop CS allows you to do this quickly using the Web Photo Gallery option located under the Automate menu in the File Browser, or under File – Automate – Web Photo Gallery.

In the Site section, you can choose your style and give an e-mail address as a link contact to information related to the images in it. Several choices of styles are given for you to choose what is right for you.
Source Images is where you pick the images that you want to emerge on the web page. You choose either images from the File Browser or a folder of images. Under the General pull down, you can choose to save in either .htm or .html format. Under the Banner pull down there are for windows that allows you to key in information. Under the Large Images pull down are several toggles for manipulating the images that will appear in the web page. These include resize images, constrain, JPEG quality and file size, Border size, and titles use. Under the Thumbnails option, you can determine the size of the thumbnails that will display on your page.
The concluding option you will make is Security, where you can copyright the contents of the page. You can select the font, font size, color, opacity, position and rotation. After you are done setting, click ok and Photoshop CS will pack together all the images in the folder to the file sizes that you chose and create a web page with the style that you want and you can upload it to your server.
